Introduction
The history of Diamantina dates back to the 18th century, when, still known as Arraial do Tejuco, it gained fame with the discovery of precious stones. Even after the decline of the diamonds sent to Portugal, the city continued to shine, whether for its outstanding personalities, such as Chica da Silva, the slave who lived as a queen alongside a Portuguese contractor, or Juscelino Kubitschek, its most illustrious son and former president of Brazil. In 1999, Diamantina was awarded the title of Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, gaining worldwide prominence with its unspoiled scenery of baroque churches, colonial houses and stone streets lit by lanterns.
but Diamantina has even more charms. Nestled in the exuberant Serra do Espinhaço, the region is punctuated by caves, waterfalls and an incomparable natural charm. It also keeps alive the tradition of cultural festivals, such as the serestas that gave rise to the town's most iconic event: the Vesperata. Held on Saturday nights, the show transforms Rua da Quitanda into an open-air stage, with musicians positioned on the balconies of the colonial houses. To the sound of waltzes, boleros and sambas, the atmosphere is unique and unforgettable, capable of moving any visitor.

Detailed Itinerary
dAY 1 - BELO HORIZONTE / DIAMANTINA (Friday)
07h00 - Reception and start of boarding procedures at the JK Tourist Terminal, store 07, located at Rua dos Guajajaras, 1353 - Barro Preto.
07h30 - Departure by minibus or van with on-board service and specialized guide. During the journey, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road.
Arrival in Diamantina and check-in at your accommodation.
In the evening, leisure suggestions:
Concert by the Almeida e Silva Historical Organ/Lobo de Mesquita at the Nossa Senhora do Carmo Church - a sacred music show celebrating the city's cultural heritage.
Live music at the Municipal Market or in the charming bars of Rua da Quitanda, where history and authenticity meet.
2nd DAY - DIAMANTINA (Saturday)
After breakfast, the day will be dedicated to discovering the historical and cultural charms of Diamantina, the birthplace of personalities such as Juscelino Kubitschek, Chica da Silva and Domingos José de Almeida.
The itinerary includes visits to the main tourist and historical sites, such as churches, mansions and emblematic streets, with a guided walk to immerse you in the local history and heritage.
In theevening: We'll take part in the famous Vesperata, an unforgettable experience. Musicians positioned on the balconies of the houses perform melodies that echo through the streets, while the audience enjoys the show at outdoor tables. A magical moment that celebrates Diamantina's cultural tradition.
dAY 3 - DIAMANTINA / BELO HORIZONTE (Sunday)
After breakfast, enjoy the enchanting Sarau Arte Miúda, held at the Church of São Francisco de Assis. The event features a repertoire of chorinhos, serestas and bandstand music, creating an atmosphere of emotion and nostalgia in a historic setting.
Shortly afterwards, we'll start the return journey to Belo Horizonte, arriving at the JK Tourist Terminal in the early evening.

12% down payment + balance in installments with full payment up to 10 days before the trip.
SYSTEM ERROR
When setting up an apartment for two or more adults with two children - one lap child (up to 3 years old) and one up to 12 years old - the system is resetting the price for both. However, only one child should be free. If this adjustment is necessary, please contact our team to correct the value.
ROAD ROUTE
The day-by-day sequence of the itinerary can be altered to make the most of the program.
All tours will be strictly adhered to.
The number of days indicates only the dates of departure and arrival; the number of days at the destination prevails.
Minimum of 25 paying passengers to operate the trip.
Possibility of partnership with other operators, with the possibility of changes to seats and boarding locations, informed the day before the trip via voucher.

Prices for children are only valid if accompanied by paying adults in the same apartment.

AIR ROUTE
The airline tickets included in the package follow the specific rules of the contracted airlines. Name changes or changes of ownership will not be permitted once tickets have been issued.
The baggage allowance will be informed in accordance with the airline's rules at the time of purchase.
In the event of delays, cancellations or changes to flights by the airline, the airline will be exclusively responsible for relocation, in accordance with the regulations of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).
Airport taxes and boarding fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the passenger, unless specified in the package.
WITHDRAWAL, TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The refund will be calculated on the amount actually received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding:
Retained commissions (to be dealt with directly with the travel agent);
Administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.
CANCELLATION FEES
30 days or more in advance: 15% of the total amount.
Between 29 and 21 days in advance: 20% of the total amount.
Between 20 and 07 days in advance: 25% of the total amount.
Less than 7 days before the start of the trip, an administrative fee of 30% of the total amount will apply.
In addition to these fees, amounts paid to suppliers to guarantee reservations (carriers, receptives and hotels) will be deducted .
Transferring dates or refunding unused sections is not permitted.
In the event of abandonment of the trip, there will be no refund.
SEAT RESERVATIONS
We do not guarantee that the seat chosen at the time of purchase will be kept, since in cases of joint operation with another company, it may be necessary toreallocate the seats inorder to better organize the trip.
Children under the age of 5 may not be transported in the panoramic seats.In the event of a booking, the seats may bereallocatedwithout prior notice.
It isexpressly forbiddento carrylap childrenin the panoramic seats. Failure to comply may result in thereallocation of seats.
Seats 51 and 52are intended forpeople with reduced mobility.If it is necessary to accommodate a passenger who fits this profile, we will contact you toreassign the current occupants if they do not meet this criterion.
BOARDING
Bus: Passengers must present themselves at the indicated location, at the time indicated, carrying original identification in good condition. Delays are the responsibility of the passenger.
Air: It is the passenger's responsibility to check the check-in time in advance and present themselves at the airport with the necessary documents, respecting the rules of the contracted airline.
DOCUMENTATION
National travel requires original identification in good condition (ID, Passport, Driver's License, Professional Card or Work Permit).
Illegible or erased documents will prevent boarding.
Birth certificates are not accepted for children over 12.
In the event of theft/loss, a police report issued less than 60 days previously is valid.
BOARDING MINORS
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles or a guardian, proving that they are related.
If they are with a third party, they must have written authorization, notarized.
If they are traveling unaccompanied, they will need judicial authorization.
ACCOMMODATION FOR MINORS
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or present a notarized written authorization.
