Introduction

Embark on a unique experience that combines gastronomy, history, and music in the Espinhaço mountains, in the heart of Minas Gerais. Over three days, you will closely experience the Minas Artesanal Cheese of Serro — Intangible Cultural Heritage of Brazil and UNESCO — explore the beautiful colonial historic centre of the city, and be moved by the Bolerata, an outdoor musical spectacle that enchants all who pass by.

Serro is one of the most preserved historic cities in Minas Gerais, founded in the 18th century during the gold rush. Its colonial architectural ensemble, baroque churches, and cobblestone streets tell stories of a glorious past. The city holds a century-old tradition in the production of Minas Artesanal Cheese, recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Brazil and listed by UNESCO.

At night, the city comes alive with the Bolerata — an outdoor musical spectacle that transforms the historic streets of Serro into a unique stage, bringing together musicians and visitors in a celebration of culture and Minas identity. A journey made for those who value culture, tradition, gastronomy, and truly unforgettable moments.
