Detailed Itinerary
DAY 1 | 24/09 - WEDNESDAY | CAXIAS DO SUL / PASSO FUNDO / ERECHIM >> CÓRDOBA
→ Departure in the morning from Caxias do Sul and early afternoon from Passo Fundo and Erechim heading to Córdoba. Journey on a Cama Suite bus with all the comfort for this trip. Night in transit.
→ IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to present an official photo ID, original and in good condition, such as RG or Passport. For minors under 18 years, it is mandatory to present an original photo ID or original birth certificate. If the minor is unaccompanied, written authorization with notarized signature will be required.
→ We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early for boarding organization.
DAY 2 | 25/09 - THURSDAY | CÓRDOBA
→ Breakfast at the hotel.
→ In the morning, travel through the cities of Federal, Paraná, and Santa Fé. Arrival in Córdoba in the early afternoon and check-in.
→ At a scheduled time with a local guide, walk through the main tourist attractions of Córdoba, a historical city founded by the Jesuits of the Society of Jesus in 1573 and the second largest city in Argentina: Manzana Jesuítica (UNESCO World Heritage), Córdoba Cathedral (17th century), Cabildo, and historic centre.
→ Evening free to explore the local cuisine.
→ Return to the hotel after the show.
DAY 3 | 26/09 - FRIDAY | CÓRDOBA / MENDOZA (650 km)
→ Breakfast at the hotel.
→ After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and panoramic journey through Sierra Grande, passing through Villa Carlos Paz, Alta Gracia, and Mina Clavero with a stop for lunch (not included). We continue through the province of San Luis to Mendoza, with an expected arrival in the early evening directly at the hotel.
DAY 4 | 27/09 - SATURDAY | MENDOZA / CROSSING THE ANDES / SANTIAGO
→ Breakfast at the hotel.
→ Departure around 8 am for the crossing of the Andes. We pass through Valle de Potrerillos and the historic Valle de Uspallata, climb to Los Penitentes, and arrive at the majestic Puente del Inca, where we contemplate the ruins of the old SPA hotel.
→ View of Mount Aconcagua at 6,962 meters — the highest peak in the Americas. We cross the Cristo Redentor tunnel, pass through the Paso Los Libertadores border, and descend into Chile via the famous Los Caracoles highway with its 29 180-degree turns. Arrival in Santiago in the early evening.
DAY 5 | 28/09 - SUNDAY | VALLE NEVADO
→ Breakfast at the hotel.
→ Visit to Valle Nevado, the ski centre most desired by Brazilians, at 3,025 meters altitude and about 2 hours from Santiago. Free time to play in the snow and lunch on-site (not included). Return at 3 pm to the centre of Santiago.
→ Optional suggestion: Dinner at the Rotating Restaurant on the 18th floor, with a panoramic view of Santiago, and visit to Mall Arauco.
DAY 6 | 29/09 - MONDAY | TOUR VIÑA DEL MAR AND VALPARAÍSO
→ Breakfast at the hotel.
→ Full-day excursion covering 120 km between Santiago, Valparaíso, and Viña del Mar. In Valparaíso — the legislative capital and UNESCO World Heritage site — we visit Plaza de la Victoria, Plaza Sotomayor, the Naval Glory Monument, and the Mirador 21 de Mayo with a panoramic view of the Pacific.
→ In Viña del Mar, the elegant "Garden City", we see the Flower Clock, the Casino, and the waterfront with its beautiful Pacific beaches. Lunch not included. Return to Santiago. Evening free.
DAY 7 | 30/09 - TUESDAY | TOUR SANTIAGO DE CHILE
→ Breakfast at the hotel.
→ Complete city tour of Santiago: La Moneda Palace (seat of Government, built in 1784), Plaza de Armas (founded in 1541), and Central Market (British metal structure from 1872, ideal for tasting the best seafood from the Pacific).
→ Optional suggestion: Visit to Concha y Toro Winery (R$ 290.00 per person) and Chilean and Polynesian Folklore Dinner Show Bali-Hai (R$ 450.00 per person).
DAY 8 | 01/10 - WEDNESDAY | SANTIAGO / MENDOZA

→ After breakfast, check-out and return trip to Mendoza, crossing the Andes again. Expected arrival in the late afternoon directly at the hotel.
DAY 9 | 02/10 - THURSDAY | MENDOZA

→ Panoramic city tour of Mendoza, the city of vineyards and Malbec: Plaza Independência, Plaza España, Cathedral, Basilica of San Francisco, Emilio Civit Street, and General San Martín Park with its famous rose garden.
→ Visit to Olivícola Pasrai with tasting of the award-winning olive oils from the region.
→ Optional suggestion: Lunch at a winery in the region (not included). Return to the hotel and free afternoon.
DAY 10 | 03/10 - FRIDAY | MENDOZA / RETURN

BANK SLIP
12% down payment at the time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid in monthly instalments, with no possibility of skipping months or concentrating payments. The payment plan must occur month by month, with full payment completed at least 10 days before the trip. In case of default for more than 30 days, the package will be automatically cancelled, with application of contractual penalties, which will be deducted from the amounts already paid.
SYSTEM ERROR
When configuring an apartment for two or more adults with two children – one infant (up to 3 years) and another up to 12 years – the system is zeroing the value of both. However, only one child should be free of charge. If this adjustment is necessary, please contact our team for a correction of the amount.
ROAD ITINERARY

This travel programme follows laws No. 11.771/2008 (General Tourism Law), 8.078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code), and 2.521/1998.
AIR ITINERARY
The airline tickets included in the package follow specific rules of the contracted airlines. Name changes or transfers of ownership will not be allowed after the tickets are issued.
The baggage limit will be informed according to the current rules of the airline at the time of purchase.
In case of delays, cancellations, or flight changes by the airline, the responsibility for rescheduling will be exclusively that of the airline, following the regulations of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).
Airport and boarding fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the passenger, unless specified in the package.
CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The refund will be calculated on the amount actually received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding:
Retained commissions (to be dealt with directly with the travel agent);
Administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.
CANCELLATION FEES
- With 30 days or more notice: 15% of the total amount.
- Between 29 and 21 days notice: 20% of the total amount.
- Between 20 and 07 days notice: 25% of the total amount.
- With less than 07 days before the start date of the trip, an administrative fee of 30% of the total amount will be applied.
In addition to these fees, amounts paid to suppliers for securing reservations will be deducted (transport companies, reception services, and hotels).
Transfer of date or refund for unused segments is not permitted.
In case of abandonment of the trip, there will be no refund.
SEAT RESERVATION
We do not guarantee the maintenance of the seat chosen at the time of purchase, as in cases of joint operation with another company, it may be necessary to reallocate the seats for better organization of the trip.
Children under 5 years old cannot be transported in panoramic seats. In case of reservation, there may be reallocation without prior notice.
It is expressly prohibited to transport infants in panoramic seats. Non-compliance may result in reallocation of seats.
Seats 51 and 52 are designated for people with reduced mobility. If it is necessary to accommodate a passenger who fits this profile, we will contact you to carry out the reallocation of current occupants, if they do not meet this criterion.
BOARDING
Road: The passenger must present themselves at the indicated location, at the informed time, carrying original identification document in good condition. Delays are the responsibility of the passenger.
Air: It is the passenger's responsibility to check in advance the check-in time and to present themselves at the airport with the necessary documents, respecting the rules of the contracted airline.
DOCUMENTATION
Domestic trips require original identification document in good condition (ID, Passport, Driver's License, Professional Card, or Work Card).
Illegible or damaged documents will prevent boarding.
Birth certificates are not accepted for those over 12 years old.
In case of theft/loss, a police report issued less than 60 days ago is valid.
BOARDING OF MINORS
Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by parents, grandparents, uncles, or guardians, proving the relationship.
If they are with third parties, written authorization with notarized signature is required.
If traveling unaccompanied, they will need judicial authorization.
ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS
Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian or present written authorization with notarized signature.
