Additionally, we identified another issue: when setting up an apartment for 2 adults + 2 children (one being an infant up to 3 years and the other up to 12 years), the system is zeroing the cost for both children. The correct procedure is to grant free admission only for one child up to 3 years and charge for the second. If this adjustment is necessary, please contact our team for a price correction.

The approval period for credit card transactions is up to 48 hours. After approval, the sale status will automatically change from UNDER REVIEW to CONFIRMED and an email will be sent automatically.

BANK SLIP

12% down payment at the time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid in monthly installments, with no possibility of skipping months or concentrating payments. The installment plan must occur month by month, with full payment due 10 days before the trip. In case of default for more than 30 days, the package will be automatically cancelled, with application of contractual penalties, which will be deducted from the amounts already paid.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMMON USE FEE IN DIROMA HOTELS (EXCEPT THERMAS DIROMA)

Charge of R$10.00 per person, per reservation (regardless of the period), paid at check-in.

Payment methods: cash, Pix, credit and debit card.

The fee must be paid exclusively by the guest at check-in, with no possibility of advance or postponement.

ITINERARY

The day-to-day sequence of the itinerary may be altered for better enjoyment of the program.

All tours will be strictly adhered to.

The number of days indicates only the dates of departure and arrival; the number of nights at the destination prevails.

Minimum of 30 paying passengers for the trip to operate.

Possibility of partnership with other operators, which may result in changes to seats and boarding locations, informed the day before the trip via notification.

In case of cancellation by the operator, full refund.

Prices for children are valid only if accompanied by paying adults in the same apartment.

Entry fees for museums, monuments, and parks are the responsibility of the passenger.

This travel program follows laws nº 11.771/2008 (General Tourism Law), 8.078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code), and 2.521/1998.

CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

The refund will be calculated based on the amount effectively received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding:

Withheld commissions (to be dealt with directly with the travel agent);

Administrative fees and amounts already paid to suppliers.

CANCELLATION FEES

1. With 30 days or more notice: 15% of the total amount.
2. Between 29 and 21 days notice: 20% of the total amount.
3. Between 20 and 07 days notice: 25% of the total amount.
4. With less than 07 days before the start date of the trip, an administrative fee of 30% of the total amount will be applied.

In addition to these fees, amounts paid to suppliers for securing reservations will be deducted (transport companies, reception services, and hotels).

Transfer of dates or refunds for unused segments is not permitted.

In case of abandonment of the trip, there will be no refund.

SEAT RESERVATION

We do not guarantee the maintenance of the seat chosen at the time of purchase, as, in cases of joint operation with another company, it may be necessary toreallocate the seats for better organization of the trip.

Children under 5 years old cannot be transported in panoramic seats. In case of reservation, there may be relocation without prior notice.

Seats 51 and 52 are designated for people with reduced mobility. If it is necessary to accommodate a passenger who fits this profile, we will contact you to carry out therelocation of the current occupants, if they do not meet this criterion.

BOARDING

The passenger must comply with the informed schedules and carry original photo identification.

At boarding, identify yourself to the representative of Royalty Viagens.

DOCUMENTATION

Domestic trips require original identification document in good condition (ID, Passport, Driver's License, Professional ID, or Work Card).

Illegible or damaged documents will prevent boarding.

Birth certificates are not accepted for individuals over 12 years old.

In case of theft/loss, a police report issued within the last 60 days is valid.
