The CONTRACTING PARTY, after purchasing the travel package, will be provided with transport services in luxury coaches, with reclining seats, air conditioning, chemical toilets, on-board service, an accompanying guide on the journeys, a city tour of the destination, accommodation in tourist category hotels with the right to breakfast and meals in restaurants indicated by the CONTRACTED PARTY according to the previous breakdown in the travel itinerary.

1) - Transport:

The CONTRACTOR's transport service during the trip will be carried out by transport companies outsourced by the CONTRACTED PARTY. The buses used will be Panoramic or Double Decker. If necessary, Executive, Conventional or Minibuses may be used, depending on the number of passengers and the journey. In any city where necessary, the city tour can be carried out in a local bus, minibus or utility vehicle. On itineraries that include common sections or city tours, it will be possible for two or more groups to join together, without anyone having preference in the vehicle's seats. Children from 0 (zero) to 04 (four) years old will be considered lap children (courtesy) on road journeys as long as they do not occupy an extra seat or bed.

2) - Luggage:

One suitcase per passenger will be allowed, the measurements of which do not exceed 70 x 50 x 20 cm, and a carry-on bag, which must remain in the CONTRACTING PARTY'S possession at all times. The rules established by DECREE No. 2.521/98, which regulates interstate and international road passenger transport, will be respected. The CONTRACTED PARTY will only be responsible for reimbursing the CONTRACTING PARTY when luggage is lost or stolen inside the luggage racks of buses. This indemnity will be effective provided that the CONTRACTED PARTY has previously received a list of belongings from the CONTRACTING PARTY followed by their respective receipts, otherwise the insurance market rules will be complied with.

3) - Accommodation:

The hotels used on our itineraries are tourist category hotels, as previously detailed to the CONTRACTING PARTY. If it is not possible to stay in the hotels normally used by the CONTRACTED PARTY or in those included in the itinerary, they will be replaced, without prior notice, by others of a similar or higher category. Accommodation will be in double, triple, quadruple and/or quintuple rooms (double rooms for couples) and others to be shared. In the case of a "single" room, at the CONTRACTING PARTY'S option, an additional 60% will be charged. This can be charged up until boarding.

4) - Optional Tours:

If the CONTRACTING PARTY is interested in travelling to tourist attractions outside the territorial limits of the place where they have contracted the services, the CONTRACTED PARTY's tour guide, who is accompanying the CONTRACTING PARTY's group, will be able to indicate a Local Reception Company that will provide the desired services. The Local Reception Company will be fully responsible for providing its services, including any damage it may cause to the CONTRACTING PARTY. The CONTRACTED PARTY shall have no involvement whatsoever in the performance of these services.

5) - Termination (Withdrawal, Transfer or Cancellation):

The CONTRACTED PARTY shall reimburse the CONTRACTOR the amount due, calculated on the total amount actually received by the CONTRACTED PARTY, excluding the amount of commission withheld, which must be dealt with by the selling Agency, as well as administrative expenses and amounts already paid to suppliers.

5.1.5) - In addition to the administrative expenses described above, the amounts already paid to suppliers to guarantee bookings, duly proven, will be deducted, since the CONTRACTED PARTY, as mentioned in the previous clause, is only an intermediary in the contracting of tourist services, being in temporary possession of the amounts received, because it depends on third parties for the effective execution of these services, such as air, sea and/or road transport, as well as accommodation, receptive services, restaurants and other contracted services;
